Can I change my mailing address?
Yes, as long as your mailing address is updated by the 26th of the month (as our shipments begin being processed to be shipped by the 27–28th of the month), your box will be sent to the updated address. Otherwise, it will be sent to the shipping address we have on file.
If you’ve entered your address incorrectly and your package is already on its way, we’ll be happy to reship for a small fee of $6 within the US, $12 within Canada, and $20 for International customers.
To change the address on your account, log into your account by clicking the 'LOGIN' button on the top right-hand side of our homepage. Make sure you're on the main Goddess Provisions site, not in the Boutique, as they are on separate platforms with separate logins.
Then, simply use your email and password to log in. From here, you can update your addresses, payment methods, and more.
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it on the "LOGIN" screen. An email will be autogenerated with a temporary password for you. If you don't receive that email within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
