My package was damaged or lost

We provide affordable package protection at checkout via Route which offers resolution on shipping issues. If you purchased Route Package Protection, they can assist you if your order was lost, stolen or arrived damaged.

When an order is marked as delivered, you can file a claim 15 days from the date of delivery. The same goes for packages damaged in-transit, you have 15 days to file. When an item is lost in-transit and 7 days have passed since the last shipping update, you have up to 30 days to file a claim from the date of the last shipping update.
