Can I get a refund since the Goddess Provisions box is ending?
This is how we’ll be caring for our subscribers through this transition:
You can still choose to cancel your subscription at any time. We will always ship you the last box you were billed for. We can not offer refunds after you've been billed for a box, so be sure to cancel before your next billing if you don't want additional boxes. Log into your account or check past email confirmations to determine your monthly billing date.
If you want to stop your subscription after November, please contact support. We can prorate your subscription and refund you for any boxes after the November Box. Any billing that occurs after the November Box, will not be eligible for a refund.
